Screw top or cork - you still have a major problem. If you add up the air volume in the head space of 32 bottles, that would equal 16 cubic ounces. Sulfite or not (even when gases are used) the wine will oxidize eventually. Topping up the bottle will solve the problem. The exciting news is in a new product which will be released in November making the bottle obsolete. And that includes the cork. Not only has WineRackSystems solved the problem of oxidation but numerous other problems have been fixed with the biggest bonus of all - higher profits. -Don Lineback
